Annapurna base camp trek is one of the best trekking routes in Nepal and very popular trekking routes as a hidden paradise in the Annapurna region. During this trek, despite thousands of stairs ups and downs, you will have golden opportunity to explore the amazing diversity of landscapes with terraced rice fields, a big variety of flora and fauna all around along the trail and all the way throughout Gurung and Magar villages (Gurung and Magar are also well-known indigenous people of Nepal) and their vast culture, amusing friendly manner and peaceful way of life.

 Annapurna region is the name of the Annapurna mountain range. In the region among indigenous people, these mountains considered as a well-harvesting deity so every family offers a cock being thankful to mountains deity. Annapurna “1st ” is the highest peak in this region (8,091m), one of the above 8 thousand meters high mountain in Nepal and 10th highest mountain in the world. Maurice Herzog was the first person who stepped on the summit in 1953. Annapurna base camp trek is a way to the base camp of Annapurna 1st.(4,130m.). This trek starts from different points, from Phedi or Kande and Nayapul. These points are little bit away from Pokhara and within 10 to 12 days possible to attempt it. it's the accessible trek for all most all types of trekkers in Nepal.  Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu & Transfer to your Hotel

Day 02: Morning - a short briefing on the trek and its preparations; afternoon – Cultural visit to Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa.

Day 03: Drive or fly to Pokhara and visit the city

Day 04: Trek to Ulleri (2,200m)

Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani (2,750m)

Day 06: Morning hike to Poon Hill for sunrise and mountain view and trek to Tadapani (2,590m)

Day 07: Trek to Chhomrong (2,170m)

Day 08: Trek to Himalaya (2,900m)

Day 09: Trek to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m)

Day 10: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m)

Day 11: Explore Annapurna Base Camp and trek to Bamboo (2,335m)

Day 12: Trek to Jhinu (1,780m)

Day 13: Trek to Pothana (2,100m)

Day 14: Trek to Phedi - drive to Pokhara

Day 15: Drive /Fly back to Kathmandu

Day 16: Cultural visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square
