Nar-Phu valley trek is opened for trekkers since 2003. Trekking starts via Besi Sahar following a section of the Annapurna circuit trekking trail. This trek is full of excitement for Himalayan Buddhist culture, amazing landscape, beautiful view of Annapurna mountain range, and Tibetan cultural way of life in a unique hidden valley of Annapurna Region. This trek is a really unique trekking trail in the Annapurna region. During the trek, you will have the golden opportunity to explore all in one fascinating attraction of Annapurna regions such as Annapurna Mountain range View, amazing cultural life, an incredible Buddhist monastery in the Phu village, the beautiful valley of Nar village with lot’s of grazing yaks and horses on the bank of the river, and then the adventurous experience of Kang-La pass (5,315m).ancient Ngawal village, Touristic Braka village, well-known Manang valley, highest Tilicho lake, and very famous thorong –la pass (5,416m) of Annapurna circuit.

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel
Day 2: Morning - a short briefing on the trek and its preparations; afternoon – Cultural visit to Pashupatinath Temple and Boudhanath Stupa
Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Bulbule (840m)
Day 4: Trek to Chamje (1,430m)
Day 5:Trek to Dharapani (1,860m), 6 hours
Day 6: Trek to Koto (2,600m), 6 hours
Day 7: Trek to Meta (3,560m),7 hours
Day 8: Trek to Phu Gaon (4,746m), 7 hours
Day 9: visit and exploration around Phu village (Gaon)
Day 10: Trek to Nar village (Gaon) (4,110m), 8 hours
Day 11: Rest in Nar village (Gaon)
Day 12: Trek to Ngawal (3,660m), 8 hours via Kang-La Pass (5,306m)
Day 13: Trek to Ghunsang (3,900m), 6 hours
Day 14: Trek to Thorung Phedi (4450m), or High Camp (4,925m), 4 hours
Day 15: Trek to Muktinath (3,800m), 8 hours via Thorung-La Pass (5,416m)
Day 16: Trek to Jomsom(2,713m) via Kagbeni
Day 17: Fly to Pokhara and visit the city
Day 18: Drive/Fly back to Kathmandu
Day 19: Cultural visit to Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square
Day 20: Depart to the airport back home.
